Sarah is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people move better, recover from injury and achieve their physical goals.
With experience across a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, she enjoys working with clients of all ages to reduce pain, restore function and improve overall quality of life. Sarah has developed particular expertise in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries including neck and back pain, sporting injuries, joint conditions, post operative rehabilitation and movement related dysfunction. She combines evidence-based treatment with a practical, individualised approach to help clients return to work, sport and everyday activities as safely and efficiently as possible.
Sarahs treament philosphopy is centred on education, empowerment and active rehabilitation. She believes the best outcomes occur when clients understand their condition and are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to manage their health independently. Her focus is not only on relieving symptoms but also on identifying and addressing underlying factors contributing to injury, helping to prevent recurrence and support lasting results.
Outside the clinic Sarah is an avid CrossFit participant and loves the outdoors.
Sarahs advice to her clients is simple: Trust the process, stay consistent and focus on the small improvements along the way. Meaningful recovery takes time, with the right commitment lasting results are achievable.
